Recipients and contact platforms
Personal information may be handled by providers supporting website hosting and security, business email and telecommunications, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, professional advisers, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. Access is limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.
WhatsApp and LinkedIn operate under their own privacy terms and may process information outside the United Kingdom or EEA. Using those channels is optional; you can contact Techvora by email or telephone instead. Techvora remains responsible for its own use of messages received through those services.
Cookies, analytics, and planned tools
Techvora does not currently use a website contact form, analytics, behavioural advertising, advertising cookies, a newsletter, CRM, or ticketing system on this website. Strictly necessary technical storage may be used by the hosting and security platform to deliver and protect the site.
Before any planned form, analytics, advertising, newsletter, CRM, or ticketing technology is activated, Techvora will assess the lawful basis, suppliers, retention, international transfers, and security requirements, update this notice, and introduce consent controls where required. Non-essential cookies will not be activated before the required choice is available.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom or EEA. Where a transfer is restricted by applicable data-protection law, Techvora will use an available lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy regulation or decision, approved contractual safeguards, and any required transfer assessment and supplementary protections.
Techvora is established in the United Kingdom and may provide services to customers in Germany and elsewhere in Europe. The EU GDPR is applied where the relevant processing falls within its territorial scope. Individuals in the EEA can use the controller contact details above.
