Our role and commitment
TECHVORA SOLUTIONS LTD is the controller for its website, enquiries, supplier administration, and its own customer and business records. When Techvora accesses or manages personal information solely on a customer’s documented instructions while delivering IT services, Techvora may act as that customer’s processor. The respective responsibilities are then addressed in the service agreement and, where required, a data-processing agreement.
Techvora’s ICO registration reference is C2033579. Registration does not replace the continuing obligation to process personal information lawfully, fairly, transparently, securely, and only for specified purposes.
Data-protection principles
Techvora aims to collect only information that is relevant to a defined purpose, keep it accurate where necessary, restrict access, retain it only for the period stated in the Privacy Notice, and remain accountable for how it is used. Processing is based on contract or pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent, depending on the activity.
Techvora does not currently carry out website profiling or solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Security and service providers
Techvora uses proportionate technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and risk. These include controlled access, secure authentication, system maintenance, confidentiality expectations, supplier review, backup and recovery planning where relevant, and procedures for handling suspected incidents.
Providers that process personal information for Techvora are selected for a defined business purpose and must be subject to suitable contractual and security controls where the law requires. A personal-data breach is assessed and documented, with notification to the ICO and affected individuals where the applicable legal threshold is met.
